While court records are public unless otherwise specified by law or placed under seal, the standards for online viewing of court records is set by administrative orders of the Florida Supreme Court. For more information on these standards, please visit our court records information page.||These include all documents recorded under Duval County, such as deeds, mortgages, judgments, claims of lien, satisfactions, and any other instrument or document that is recorded under the law.
