General Information

The Clerk Information Systems department is responsible for the creation, installation, and maintenance of applications, hardware, and software, for the Duval County Clerk of Courts.

As a member of the Criminal Integrated Justice Systems (CJIS) Community, we work closely with the courts, as well as other governmental agencies in the city, county, and state. 

We also work to serve the information needs of the general public and of various agencies. Systems maintained by the Clerk Information Systems department include:

  • CORE - Court records online search / access
  • Acclaim - Official records online search / access
  • e-Filing Portal support - Support to electronic filing on cases in the Fourth Judicial Circuit.

The Clerk's Information Systems Department endeavors to serve the needs of the community, attorneys, and citizens of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
