The Official Records Department is the keeper of all documents (known as instruments) recorded in Duval County. These include marriage licenses, deeds, mortgages, judgments, claims of lien, satisfactions, and any other instrument or document that is recorded according to the laws of the State of Florida. While official records are public unless otherwise specified by law or placed under seal, the standards for online viewing of public records are set by state law.

Uncertified Copies Of Official Records

The Official Records online portal can be used to search and view official records recorded in Duval County since 1988*.  These records can be viewed at oncore.duvalclerk.com

Once a document is retrieved, uncertified copies may be downloaded or printed on your own printer for free.

*Please note, only marriage licenses recorded after 1995 are available online
