There are two major categories of records available from the Clerk's office
Search and view court records online CORE Court records
Search and view official records online Acclaim Official records
These include criminal and civil court cases, traffic citations, probate, municipal infractions, and more. While court records are public unless otherwise specified by law or placed under seal, the standards for online viewing of court records is set by administrative orders of the Florida Supreme Court. For more information on these standards, please visit our court records information page. These include all documents recorded under Duval County, such as deeds, mortgages, judgments, claims of lien, satisfactions, and any other instrument or document that is recorded under the law. While official records are public unless otherwise specified by law or placed under seal, the standards for online viewing of public records is set by state law.
